Developing an appreciation for fine leather and silver products while attending college at Northern Arizona University led Jerry Tucker to owning a leather shop in Aspen, Colorado. Using silverwork as embellishment on leather products led "Tucker" to the manufacture of embossment tools for silversmithing and the creation of Tucker Tool Co., in operation today.

Tucker Tool Company started as a necessity to make tools for silversmithing.  From there, it expanded to a tool making business for silversmiths and metal artisans around the world.

Over the past few years, Tucker has developed a line of fine leather bracelets, called "cowboy cuffs", which caught on like wildfire.  Embellished by authentic turquoise and sterling silver on hand stamped leather, and finished off with bold stainless silver tips, the quality of this line is unsurpassed in the western art world.  It is now carried by some of the best western and Indian jewelry stores in the southwest, plus many of the best western art catalogues such as Sundance, Pendleton Blanket, and Goresuch.

Tucker is now living in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, in an idyllic mountain setting where he enjoys skiing, horse packing, mountain biking, and fishing. He has named his new line of leather bracelets "Cowboy Cuffs" in honor of his western heritage.
Since 1975 Tucker Tool Company has produced the finest embossment dies in the southwest.  Influencing silversmiths worldwide with the possibilities of moving metal in three-dimensional form, Tucker Tool Company stands as the leader in quality and innovation in embossment stamp sets.  From traditional Navajo Indian motif, to classical art nouveau, Tucker Tool is constantly adding new possibilities that stimulate evermore creative ways to utilize embossment as the key ingredient to decorative metalsmithing.

The following pages will lead you through the current collection of embossment dies followed by examples of hand made jewelry that will show you the infinite possibilities of using Tucker Tools as aids to your jewelry creations.
